My family loves seafood, and tilapia is high on our list. I just tried out your recipe and let me tell you – it is FANTASTIC! This post inspired me to go the whole 9 yards and make your suggested side dishes too: Oven Roasted Steak Fries, Minnie’s Cool Cabbage Slaw, and Asparagus Spirals. Your quick and easy recipes helped get a delicious, healthy dinner on the table in no time flat. I invited my parents to join us for dinner and they kept commenting on how much they loved these recipes.
